Yoga Program

A weekly program for women and gender diverse people who have experienced or are experiencing intimate partner violence.

The growing body of literature supporting the use of yoga as a promising tool for partner violence survivors seeking group therapy. Yoga has proven mind and body improvements for abuse survivors, it helps survivors regain a sense of control and leads to better decision making, and being part of a community is very powerful in recovery.
